I absolutely LOVED Natalie's course! It's absolutely perfect for busy moms. The videos aren't too long, yet are packed with so much helpful information. They're engaging and very visual, so it's easy to get what she's saying or to follow along with the exercises she teaches. She does a great job at addressing many common issues you might face, especially as a mom, from scar tissue to prolapse to simply maximizing your time with workouts! I know for me, movement can often feel overwhelming or be moved to the bottom of my priority list, but with her tools and resources, it makes moving my body feel very doable. I'm so excited to take care of my body so I can take care of my babies well!! I also love the structure she teaches for getting a good workout, and what a good workout actually feels like for your body. I cannot recommend it enough!! I will be referring back to all of the amazing things she taught over and over again to keep myself mindfully moving as a very busy working twin mom!!
